About Course
The Pedagogy Cycle 3 (Grade 9–12) course is designed to enhance teachers’ professional knowledge, practical teaching skills, and ethical conduct, focusing on upper primary and lower secondary education. This course equips educators with strategies to deliver effective lessons, assess student learning, and engage in continuous professional growth.
CONTENT DOMAIN DISTRIBUTION
1. Professional & Ethical Conduct (10%) – 8 Questions
Covers professional responsibilities, ethical behavior, adherence to teaching standards, and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.
2. Professional Knowledge (40%) – 32 Questions
Assesses knowledge of curriculum content, pedagogical theories, classroom management strategies, and understanding of developmental and cognitive needs of students in Grades 3–8.
3. Professional Practice (40%) – 32 Questions
Evaluates practical teaching skills, lesson planning, implementation of developmentally appropriate activities, differentiated instruction, and use of assessment data to inform teaching.
