Effective Date: 23-9-2025
Policy Version:
1.Registration Fee
1.1 A Registration Fee of AED 50 is applicable to every candidate enrolling with Teacher Training System.
1.2 The AED 50 Registration Fee will be adjusted/embedded into the candidate’s total course tuition fee and is not an additional charge where the candidate continues with the enrolled course.
1.3 Registration confirms the candidate’s intention to enroll and acceptance of the applicable course terms, conditions, payment structure, and refund policy.
2.Cancellation Within Two Weeks of Registration
2.1 A candidate who has registered but subsequently decides not to continue may request cancellation within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of registration, subject to the conditions of this policy.
2.2 If the candidate has not commenced the course, accessed substantial course materials, attended training sessions, received individualized resources, or requested/received course-related services, Teacher Training System Team may process a refund of the amount paid after deducting the AED 50 Registration Fee.
2.3 The AED 50 Registration Fee shall be retained by Teacher Training System Team to cover registration, administration, account creation, documentation, and related processing costs.
3.Course Commencement and Withdrawal
3.1 Once a candidate has commenced the course, attended a training session, accessed course resources, received personalized materials, or otherwise utilized the training services, the candidate’s enrollment shall be considered active.
3.2 If a candidate voluntarily discontinues, withdraws, stops attending, becomes inactive, or decides not to complete the course after commencement, the full course fee shall remain payable, subject to applicable law.
3.3 Discontinuation of attendance does not automatically cancel the candidate’s financial obligation.
3.4 If the candidate has already paid the full course fee, the amount paid will generally be non-refundable after course commencement, except where Teacher Training System Team expressly approves a refund under this policy or where applicable law requires otherwise.
4.Refund Claims After One Month
4.1 Any refund or cancellation claim submitted one (1) month or more after the course commencement date will generally not qualify for a refund.
4.2 The candidate remains responsible for the agreed course fee even if the candidate has stopped attending sessions, failed to respond to trainers, or chosen not to continue.
4.3 Any exceptional consideration will be reviewed by The Teacher Training System Team on a case-by-case basis and does not establish an automatic entitlement to a refund.
5.Installment Payment Plans
5.1 The Teacher Training System may offer candidates the option to pay course fees through installments according to an agreed payment schedule.
5.2 An installment arrangement is a payment facility and does not reduce the candidate’s total course-fee obligation.
5.3 Where a candidate has paid one or more installments but subsequently discontinues the course after the applicable cancellation period or after course commencement, the candidate remains liable for the complete agreed course fee, including any outstanding balance, subject to applicable law.
5.4 For example, if a candidate has paid two installments and a balance remains outstanding, discontinuation of the course does not automatically cancel the unpaid balance.
5.5 The Teacher Training System Team reserves the right to request payment of the outstanding balance in accordance with the agreed enrollment terms.
6.Course Resources and Intellectual Property
6.1 All course materials, training resources, lesson plans, presentations, recordings, question banks, assessments, study materials, documents, templates, and other resources provided by The Teacher Training System are supplied solely for the enrolled candidate’s personal educational use.
6.2 Candidates must not copy, reproduce, distribute, forward, upload, sell, publish, share, or provide The Teacher Training System’s resources to any third party without prior written permission.
6.3 If a candidate shares protected course resources with another person without authorization, Teacher Training System Team reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:
6.4 Access credentials, recordings, digital resources, and other personalized materials must not be shared with another person.
7.Personalized Services and Candidate-Specific Materials
7.1 Certain resources and services may be prepared specifically for an individual candidate based on their course, cycle, subject, assessment requirements, or professional circumstances.
7.2 Because these resources may involve individualized preparation and administrative or instructional work, discontinuation of a course after such services have been provided does not automatically create a right to a refund.
8.Refund Request Procedure
8.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to The Teacher Training System Team through the official communication channel designated by the company.
8.2 The request should include:
8.3 The Teacher Training System Team will review the request against the candidate’s registration date, course commencement date, attendance/access records, payments made, services provided, and the terms accepted at enrollment.
8.4 Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably practicable.
9.Non-Attendance
9.1 Failure to attend classes, training sessions, examinations, demonstrations, or scheduled activities does not by itself constitute cancellation.
9.2 A candidate who stops attending without formally requesting cancellation remains subject to the applicable course-fee obligations.
9.3 Candidates are encouraged to communicate with Teacher Training System Team as soon as possible if circumstances affect their ability to continue.
10.Exceptional Circumstances
10.1 Teacher Training System Team may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, consider exceptional circumstances such as serious emergencies or circumstances beyond the candidate’s reasonable control.
10.2 Supporting documentation may be requested.
10.3 Any concession, partial refund, transfer, deferment, or alternative arrangement offered by The Teacher Training System Team in an exceptional case shall be considered on its individual circumstances.
11.Acceptance of Terms
11.1 By completing registration, making a payment, joining a course, accessing course materials, or commencing training, the candidate confirms that they have had an opportunity to read and understand the applicable Terms & Conditions, Payment Terms, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.
11.2 The candidate acknowledges that discontinuing a course after the applicable cancellation period may result in the full course fee becoming payable, including outstanding installments, subject to applicable law.
12.Company Rights and Applicable Law
12.1 Teacher Training System Team reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this policy when reasonably necessary.
12.2 The version of the policy accepted by the candidate at the time of registration will generally apply to that enrollment, subject to applicable law.
12.3 Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12.4 If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
13. COURSE FEE REVISION & STAFF PAYMENT STRUCTURE
13.1 Revision of Course Fees
The Teacher Training System Team reserves the right to review, revise, increase, or restructure course fees from time to time based on course development, training resources, operational costs, trainer remuneration, market conditions, technology, and other business requirements.
13.2 Protection of Existing Enrollments
Any revised or newly introduced course fee shall apply only to new registrations or enrollments made after the effective date of the revised fee structure.
Candidates who have already completed their registration and whose enrollment has been confirmed before the effective date of a revised fee shall not be affected by the new fee for their existing course enrollment.
13.3 Existing Payment Agreements
Where an existing candidate has agreed to an installment plan or other payment arrangement before a fee revision, the candidate’s agreed course fee shall remain applicable to that enrollment, subject to the original terms and conditions.
13.4 New Candidates
Candidates registering after the effective date of a revised fee structure will be charged according to the latest approved course fee applicable at the time of registration.
13.5 Staff Payment and Course-Based Percentage
The Teacher Training System Team may compensate trainers, instructors, coordinators, consultants, or other authorized staff through a course-based percentage or candidate-based payment structure.
13.6 Percentage Structure
The applicable staff percentage may start from 12.5% and may vary depending on the course, number of enrolled candidates, nature of the training, level/cycle, trainer responsibilities, course duration, and other factors determined by the management.
13.7 Variation by Course
The percentage or payment amount applicable to one course may differ from another course. No staff member shall assume that the percentage applicable to one course automatically applies to another course.
13.8 Candidate Numbers and Staff Share
The staff payment structure may be linked to the number of candidates enrolled in a particular course. As the number of candidates changes, the applicable percentage or staff share may also change according to the internal payment structure approved by management.
13.9 Management Approval
All staff percentages, candidate-based shares, payment rates, and applicable thresholds shall be determined and approved by the management of the Teacher Training System Team. Any such arrangement must be confirmed before payment is calculated.
13.10 Confidentiality of Internal Payment Structure
Staff members shall treat internal payment percentages, compensation arrangements, candidate-based shares, and other financial arrangements of the Teacher Training System Team as confidential business information, unless disclosure is authorized by management or required by law.
