By registering for any course or training program offered by Teacher Training System, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Confirmation
Course registration is confirmed only after the required registration information and applicable course fee have been received and confirmed.
1. Course Fees
Participants must pay the applicable course fee before the start of training unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

2. Training Schedule
Course dates, timings, trainers, and delivery methods may be changed when necessary. Participants will be informed of significant changes.
3. Attendance & Participation
Participants are expected to attend sessions regularly, participate in activities, and complete required assignments or assessments.
4. Missed Classes
Replacement or make-up sessions may be provided where applicable and subject to trainer availability and the specific course arrangements.
5. Course Materials
Training materials are provided for the registered participant’s personal educational use. Sharing, copying, selling, or distributing paid course materials without permission is not permitted.
6. Assessments & Certification
Where applicable, participants must complete the required assignments, assessments, projects, or examinations to qualify for a certificate.
7. Results & Approval
Teacher Training System provides training and preparation but does not guarantee examination results, government licensing, equivalency approval, employment, visa approval, or any other decision made by an external authority.
8. Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the applicable Teacher Training System Refund Policy. Registration fees may be non-refundable where stated at the time of registration.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants must maintain professional and respectful conduct toward trainers, staff, and other participants. Serious misconduct may result in removal from a course without refund, subject to applicable law and the relevant refund policy.
10. Accurate Information
Participants must provide accurate personal, academic, and professional information and submit genuine documents where required.
11. Privacy
Personal information provided during registration and training will be handled in accordance with the Teacher Training System Privacy Policy.
12. Policy Acceptance
By submitting a registration form and/or making payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Course.
